Indulge in this TIPA where Nectaron, Motueka and Mosaic create a whirlwind palate of orange mimosa’s, peach ice tea, tinned pineapple and lemon rind while the addition of experimental hop HBC630 blends a complex and creamy touch reminiscent of foam banana sweets, peach rings and sweet ripe raspberry, undercutting a freshly-cut-grass type dankness on the finish.

L: Opaque, dark orange with visible yeast suspension. The thick, off-white, cream head reduces to a cap leaving many rings and sheets of lacing.
S&T: Heady, overripe citrus and tropical fruit.
F: Full, unctuous and dry.
O: A massive New England-style TIPA. Very, very big to the extent it becomes cloying. It’s undoubtedly an expensive beer to make but the £10 a can price tag is pretty eye-watering nonetheless. Feels like you’re paying for the alcohol more than the aroma and flavour.
