This new IPA explores the relationship between hop and yeast expression.
Citra drives its classic notes of grapefruit and candied citrus peel, while Nelson layers in sauvignon blanc character; gooseberry and white grape.
Through co-fermentation with two complementary yeast strains, we amplify hop derived floral terpenes, pushing aromatics to the forefront while maintaining clarity and balance, all wrapped in a soft texture and clean finish.

Copenhagen 10/5 2026. 44 cl can from Meny, Vermlandsgade Kbh. S. Cloudwater's pretty cool logo hovering among weird purple and blue squares in different sizes.
Pours opaque unclear, golden yellow with a mid-sized white head. A bit bubbly. Settles as a thin, patchy layer of foam unable of covering the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is fairly intense with Sweet and slightly fermented odor of tropical fruits mingling with a subtle scent of citrus fruit- Mango and passion fruit. Tangerine. Lemon and lime.
Light carbonation. Medium thick, oily, soft, almost flat texture.
Flavor is intense with a rather strong sweetness followed and balanced by a strong bitterness. Aftertaste is bitter. Lingers for a while. Finish is rather dry.
I havene idea who Mher is - and why he was asleep. But perfectly nice NEIPA.

440ml can.
L: Opaque, dark yellow with two fingers of short-lived white head.
S&T: Gooseberry, white grape, lime zest and yeast. A bitterness that builds.
F: Medium body, lean mouthfeel and a chalk dry finish.
O: A hazy IPA on the more dry/bitter end of the spectrum. Not juicy but still plenty of fruit. Lots of yeasty notes. Tasty!
