Night Music is a new series of luxurious stouts. Slightly different from our usual sweet, My Continuous Improvement, a slightly lighter body and with a dash of Muscovado Sugar for some dark sugar complexity. Coconut and Vanilla burst from the glass, but the flavour softens to balance with the alcohol and dark roasted malts. A subtle nod to both additions rather than a blast of adjunct flavour. Like a melted Dark Chocolate Bounty!

Pours jet black with fine tan head.
Smell is roasted and sweet with notes of coconut, vanilla, coffee, chocolate, fudge, syrup and Kokostopp.
Taste is roasted and sweet with notes of coconut, Kokostopp, vanilla, bourbon, chocolate truffle and fudge with a hint of cinnamon.
Mouthfeel is thick, chewy and well carbonated.
Overall, a terrific, intense stout.
