Bringing fresh beer sensibilities to bear on our barrel project, we explore how our most celebrated Crop Year 2019 hops behave in a new environment. Aged nine months in foudre, this was then dry hopped with 25g/L of Citra and Mosaic before bottling. Rich mango, soft peach and dank notes mingle beautifully with fruity Brett.

Cloudwater review #300!
Pours a murky orange with very little head.
Smell is funky and fruity with notes of honey, apricot, oak,vanilla, red wine, citrus peel and grapes. Quite tart.
Taste is tart, funky and fruity. Slightly sweet with notes of honey, apricot marmalade, citrus peel, oak, red wine, pepper and vanilla.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and almost uncarbonated.
Overall, a terrific, experimental beer. Way more tart than I thought it would be.
