Leaning into Spring, we've foraged wild nettle tips and gorse flowers to be steeped in the hop gun, allowing nature's ingredients to steer this flavour profile. Floral coconut flavours of the gorse flowers blend seamlessly with green earthiness from the nettle tips. We’ve also added hops Saaz and Sabro in the mix to back up the soft floral notes and round off this light sessionable spring ale into a clean and delicate offering. Made for longer days and brighter nights.

Pours a fairly clear pale yellow with soapy head.
Smell is crisp, fruity and floral with notes of grass, citrus, coconut, jasmine and Saltines.
Taste is crisp, fruity and floral with notes of wood, citrus, grass, jasmine and crackers with some hints of coconut and a very soft bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium with good carbonation.
Overall, an unusual and very refreshing beer.
