Centennial and Simcoe take the lead in this hazy pale ale; their classic hop profile provides lively aromas, with grapefruit zest, sweet orange and subtle pine. Complementing these established favourites is the relative newcomer Elani, which adds notes of pineapple, peach and white grape that emerge through the aroma and flavour, adding gentle tropical sweetness over the beer’s citrus backbone.
Supported by a smooth, pillowy body, the result is a balanced and highly drinkable pale ale that allows the hops to shine without overwhelming the palate. Light bodied, bright and refreshing, it finishes clean with a subtle bitterness that leaves you wanting more.

440ml can. A pale, fruity, vinous, dry, hazy pale ale. Low ABV so very easy-going. Appropriate for this spell of hot weather and definitely best drunk properly cold. Mine was not quite fridge temperature so didn’t really do it. Should probably try again at a better temperature but I only have the one.
