This single hopped Barleywine pours ruby red with a copper tinge. The bulk of the body comes from massive amounts of Pale malt and is complimented by Crystal 15, Crystal 80 and Special B malts. The bitterness is derived from Brewer's Gold hops and sits at 66 IBU's. This ale has a malty sweet finish that will make you question how it could possibly be 10.1% a.b.v. Watch yourself, it's a sipping beer!
