Let this New England style IPA touch your sense like the cool mountain air of Appalachia. Here we used Golden Promise malt and heavy amounts of flaked oats and white wheat to provide a sweet, fluffy mouthfeel. Citra and Mosaic hops in boil impart a fresh, tropical citrus base, while a couple of late additions and copiously dry-hopped with Sabro, create an exotic, hazy blend of pineapple, coconut cream and tangerine.
