This beer looks absolutely beautiful. It has a hazy appearance and a very pillowy head that holds forever and creates beautiful lacing. The aroma is fruity and in some ways vanilla-esque. The flavor is fruity up front and with a bitter finish. Creamy mouthfeel and mild carbonation. Not much to complain about.

Brix City is becoming one of my favorite NJ craft brewers. This beer poured yellow-orange and hazy with a pillowy white head that laced the glass nicely. The nose is sweet citrus. Flavor has a sweetness too--the sweet side of orange--but there's also a nice dry lemon/pine bite to balance things out. A lot of satisfaction out of a 19.2 oz can.

It's exactly what the name says. Pours beautiful hazy yellow-orange with 2+ fingers of fluffy head, which slowly receeds to a small cap. Nice lacing. Hard for me to pick out any one note in smell or taste. Generic IPA. Not overly hoppy. Slightly below average body. Smooth, almost sweet on the finish. Inoffensive, drinkable DIPA.

Can to snifter. Happy hour tasting with the wife of 6 IPA's on a belated IPA Day celebration.

LOOK: light yellow color, medium haze, small white head, ok retention,
AROMA: citrus, rain, grass, very light strength of Aroma.
TASTE: decent strength of citrus flavors but drowned by the hairspray finish,
FEEL: light body,OK carbonation, astringent in finish

Worst of this bunch, but not horrendous. OK upfront, but the finish puts a hurting on your touch from both a taste and mouthfeel perspective.

Served on tap in a tumbler glass at Brix City Brewing in Little Ferry, NJ.
A: Pours a hazy, dark golden to amber color with a one finger, foamy, off-white head, rim plus parameniscal edge and gorgeous, complex rings of lacing.
S: Aromas of barley, citrusy fruit, mostly orange and lemon, and pine. Lemon and unripened nectarine on the back end.
T: Semidry. Palate recedes from the nose a bit, but lemon and grain still out front. Very well balanced bitterness.
M: Medium bodied and moderate carbonation.
O: A decent DIPA, not really my cup of tea, so to speak.
