This is our flagship IPA that has been massively double dry-hopped with only Nelson Sauvin hops. From it we get notes of crushed grapes, white wine and dank earth. It has a rich full body with a silky finish and restrained bitterness.

cloudy ugly with flecks of shit in it. frothy. smells like funky grape juice with a hint of onion some cereal. tastes alright pretty bitter touch of ripe banana white grape little acrid mustard note not that bad more off and sour than bitter. no malt. feels a bit thin but smooth and creamy swallows. not terrible but wouldn't have it again.

This was better than the standard Just Another IPA but not as good as the New Zealand version. I love Nelson Sauvin hops and this beer needed it to be more prominent. The earthy white grape flavor was there but it was a little hidden by the typical Brix City "house flavor."

Pours a hazy orange with a white head. Smell is typical Nelson, with aromas of white grapes/wine, plus a little hop dankness. Flavor follows the aroma. Very dry finish and very smooth with the feel. Overall, nice Nelson Sauvin IPA. It's a hop I have to be in the mood for but I really enjoy when it's used well.

Pours a super hazy pale orange in color with nearly 2 fingers and of rocky white head. Aroma has a bit of white wine, pale malt, and a slightly musty note. Flavor hits the same notes as the aroma. Medium-light body and moderate carbonation. Overall a decent beer but nothing more.
