L - pours dark, and I mean fuckin' dark. Swamp water with murky, golden yellow fringes. Very minimal head, even after noticing and upping the aggression on my pour. What little head exists clings desperately to the sides of the glass. Shit's got legs, yo.
S - sticky and dank. Ripe bananas, oozing onions, and resiny lemon bread. Toss some scallions in for good measure.
T - surprisingly piney and bitter for what I got out of the nose. Orange marmalade and lemon. Cane sugar and simple syrup. Maybe some vanilla or honey sweetness to nudge the fruit flavors more into "creamsicle" territory.
F - awesome. From what I've seen (felt?) Brix City knows their mouthfeel. Viscous and creamy. Minimal carbonation, but not flat. Just really nice.
O - I'll admit, the bitterness caught me off guard and turned me off a bit, but only for the first sip or two. The sweetness started to come out and the dank took over. Coupled with that stellar mouthfeel, I'm starting to really dig this.
