Pint copped from Bonds Tavern in West Orange. Pours a golden effervescent hue with minimal frothing. Mild aroma replete with hints of sugarcane and ripe cantaloupe. Off-centered.

Received as a bonus beer in a beer trade from a friend on the east coast. Saw only one other review and figured I'd add my own.
L - A murky copper orange. Like someone turned Two Hearted Ale into a juice bomb.
S - Tropical and dank. Pineapple, melon rind, slight grapefruit. I smell Centennial and Simcoe hops.
T - Still tropical and with a slight spiciness that I associate with Centennial hops. Really good and comparable to Founders Centennial IPA, Victory Hop Devil, and Bell's Two Hearted with some juicy east coast characteristics.
F - Medium mouthfeel is medium, noticeable but not excessive carbonation. Very pleasant and balanced.
O - Really good IPA! It's remiscent to me of midwest IPAs such as Bell's Two Hearted, Founder's Centennial, and - just a bit more east - Victory Hop Devil and honestly, like a more subdued Victory - Dirtwolf. I really enjoyed this offering and would love to try it again. If you're a fan of west coast IPAs or more classic IPAs, this will hit the spot. Don't expect a complete NEIPA style juice bomb. There are some elements there but that isn't what this beer is or seemingly aiming to be.

"An 8% DIPA brewed exclusively with Falconers Flight 7 C's & Simcoe Hops. Flavors reminiscent of Orange & Pineapple" (from the brewery website). My first Brix City, juicy and satisfying and cannot wait to try more.
