This is a barrel aged wild ale, conditioned on fresh NJ Peaches. This batch was blended from 4 different barrels, ranging in maturity.

A: The beer is slightly hazy yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with no head whatsoever.
S: Moderate aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with hints of peaches.
T: The taste is quite sour and has hints of peaches, the latter of which are most noticeable in the finish.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a low moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is pleasantly sour. It was a little disappointing that the peaches weren't that prominent, but I really liked the strong dose of sourness in the smell and taste.
