For our newest collaboration we brewed up a Vietnamese Iced Coffee inspired Imperial Milk Porter with our friends from up north, Upper Pass Beer Co. Brewed with Lactose and conditioned on Dark Roast Vietnamese Coffee from First Branch Coffee, Vanilla, and Cacao Nibs. // This beer has a fuller mouthfeel with notes of Hershey’s chocolate bar, sweet condensed milk, and light espresso.

Damn this is a great Barrel-Aged Imperial Pastry Stout with a rich sweetness made with Vietnamese coffee beans. Vanilla and cocoa flavors are also there hiding a nice ABV of 10%. Excellent. Now on my top 5 for Pasty Stouts.

Listed as an imperial milk porter, offers a large amount of coffee with a fair amount of lactose; a good coffee beer - sweet but not overdone.
