Brewed in celebration of our 5th Anniversary, Classy Affair is an Imperial Stout aged 7 months in Buffalo Trace Bourbon Barrels.
We wanted to create the richest and most decadent full-bodied stout that we could! We started by brewing a thick base beer that we boiled for 5 hours, added Lactose, and finally conditioned it on a ton of Cinnamon to balance the barrel character, pounds of fresh Coconut, and an absurd amount of high grade Cacao Nibs
