On-tap @ Brix City Brewing in Little Ferry, NJ. Catching up on notes from June 2021.
Always get excited when I see a Mild on tap. Unfortunately, this one kind of missed the mark. Murky, ruby brown color with a small tan head. Light chocolate aroma and flavor. Flavor didn't really have much going on otherwise. Light bodied and little thin/watery.
I'm a fan of Brix City, and an even bigger fan of English Milds, but this just didn't do it for me.
