The red has come to hold us young! Thru The Eyes of Ruby is a NE style Pale Ale brewed with Red X Malt and Double Dry Hopped with Strata+Simcoe. Not quite a full on red ale, this beer pours a unique reddish-dark amber hue due to the Red X Malt used in the brewing process.
Notes of dried apricot, overripe mango, passionfruit, and fresh citrus.
