Collaboration with Kinsmen Brewing Co.
Recently our friends from Kinsmen Brewing came down from CT for a visit. Together we brewed up a dreamy NE style DIPA that we are beyond excited to share! Many Sullen Moons was brewed to showcase the complexities and layers of some amazing hops we think work exceptionally well together. For this beer, we brewed up a light, fluffy, slightly sweet base and then Double Dry Hopped it with a massive amount of Sabro+Talus+Huell Melon+Motueka.
Huge tropical notes of fresh coconut, zesty lime, and juicy melon from the Sabro+Huell Melon+Motueka layered in between notes of sweet bubblegum and pleasant spice from the Talus. Together, these flavors combine to form one of our favorite juice bombs to date!
