Pours hazy light straw color, medium head, some lacing down the glass. The nose is mild, sweet and balanced between the malt and fresh citrusy hops with slight alcohol. Flavor is consistent with aroma - sweet up front for a 6% beer, but finishes clean with a nice little bitter sting. Aftertaste is balanced, too, very pleasant. A good sipping beer; I probably wouldn't pair this with food, since the main feature - the hop bouquet - is pretty delicate. The flavor is mostly in the aromas and not on the tongue. Clean and balanced at fridge temp - still nice but a bit more astringent as it warms up.
