Crisp, refreshing, and intensely hoppy—Tide Break is brewed with lager yeast but hopped like an IPA with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Citra, and Krush (HBC-586) for a perfect balance of fruity and dank hop flavors. Pouring this beer in a glass reveals a clear, golden-yellow, liquid topped by a fluffy white head. Upon tasting, we’re getting notes of orange peel, white grape skins, light berry, and a touch of stone fruit.
