No freshness date. Poured into BA 25th Anniversary teku — hell yeah!!
A: Murky-opaque dirty yellow with 1-2 finger frothy whit head with good retention and thick bands of lacing.
S: Aroma reminds me of a frosted biscuity cookie with berries
T: Flavor is odd but not off-putting with a lot of berry and orange with a lighter herbal undercurrent. A lot of sweetness overall. Bitterness is low.
M: Medium body with moderate carbonation and full finish.
O: Brix City Ribbons & Roses is a unique/odd flavored beer with a lot of sweet malt and berry hop and ester aromas and flavors.
