This is an EXCELLENT true-to-form representation of the alt-Bock style. Chilled to 42 degrees. Poured from a traditional glass growler into a 14 oz ale glass with an etched bottom for aeration. Poured briskly at a 45-degree angle it produces a deep amber colour with a two finger rich amber head. Sweet malts and bread on the nose immediately with a hint of cherry at the end. Hands down the best bock this bock guy has ever had.
