Notes: Brewed with just barley and wheat in the grain bill, and Cascade, Citra, Sabro, Galaxy, and Azzaca hops. 35 IBU.
Look: Cloudy golden body beneath a full head of white foam. Very good head retention and lacing.
Smell: Candied orange, red berries, peach, pineapple, and other citrus and tropical fruits.
Taste: Candied orange, other citrus with some grapefruit and a touch of lemon, some mango. Firm bitterness with a dry finish.
Feel: Medium bodied and crisp.
Overall: Quite a good representation of the NEIPA style, surprisingly done without oats (because that wouldn't be Reinheitsgebot, would it?)!
