Pours a hazy yellow color, with almost no head.

Smells of wheat, slightly sour yeast and peas, accentuated by grassy hints of hops and biscuity, mellow malts.

Tastes of bready malt, accompanied by wet grass and sun glazed wheat. Great balance, decent mouthfeel, with a nice interplay between hops and earthy wheat. Peas from the nose convert artfully into grassy hops, together with a toasty malt foundation. Finishes with toffeeish malt qualities, evolving from grass and aqueous minerals.

Very clean, ranging between grass, bread and toffee during the finish, while being well balanced. All the different flavors are well pronounced on their own, while blending into each other flawlessly.
