Pours a clear amber with thick, fluffy head.
Smell is crisp and bready with notes of toast, knäckebröd and some honey.
Taste is rich and bready but still crisp. Notes of toast, knäckebröd, honey and some oats. Slighty sweet with a moderate bitterness.
Mouthfeel is medium, smooth and creamy with good carbonation.
Overall, a very nice märzen with a slightly understated nose.
