Notes: Here in Louisiana, what might look like oranges are what we call satsumas — and it takes more than 100 pounds of these juicy little fruits to craft one small batch of Faubourg DAT'SUMA IPA. This special brew will refresh and inspire you while you reminisce about the good ole’ days, when you used to peel these suckers on your Mee Maw’s front porch.

Dat'Suma (now, from renamed Faubourg Brewing) has a medium, off-white head, and a translucent orange appearance, with bubbles and some lacing. The aroma is of faint orange and some white bread crust. The flavor is of white bread crust and some pithy bitterness. Dat'suma has a medium body and a mostly-dry finish.
