Can from Slice and Biscuit. Pours out a lovely, brightgolden with a light, fluffy head. Everything about this is perfect. Bready, grainy aroma, full, crisp biscuity taste. Finishes with the right amount of hops bitterness. This is a lovely beer.

Golden we the a touch of copper, very clean and capped by a bright white foamy head with good lacing.
Apple skins and a touch of plain ol white bread and a grassy hop scent.
Flavor follows with a bit more apple than expecting. A touch of honey drizzled on biscuits with a floral and grassy finish.
Clean feel bit a tad oily. Lower carbonation than anticipated, with good overall balance.
Not a great Kölsch necessarily, but easy enough to quench a parched throat. Cheers.

From the bottle, this pours a nice golden amber color with a modest head and it leaves light lacing. Light malt scent in the nose. Light malt flavor in the mouth. Not what I would expect from a Koelsch, but a very pleasant beer!

Pint consumed at Prohibition Gastropub in Spokane.
Semi-clear copper amber color, with a decent off-white head that dropped fairly quickly and left beer neglige style lace on the glass.
Faintly floral hop aroma and sweet, bready malts.
Mildly hoppy flavor at the start, with a matching malty backbone. Managed to be both dry and lightly sweet at the swallow.
Fairly light bodied, with a fairly thin mouthfeel that fits for the style.
Ordnance seems to be getting pushed, locally. Thus far, I'd say that's not a problem. This is a no frills Kolsch, which fits, given it's a no frills style. A decent after work beer but no flavor bomb. I might revisit this in the summer, presuming it ever arrives. It'd probably be the best time for a Kolsch.

Very smooth easy drinking. One of my favorites of there's. For me very balanced in bitterness and a good mouth feel with not over doing the complex flavors very simple and straight foward. Love this kolsch.
