This white chocolate stout has everything you love about dark beer; roast character, chocolate and coffee notes, a little smoke, and none of the color. Pouring a light straw, this beer is something that will mess with with your head… in a good way.

Received from @woemad in an NBS BIF. Poured into a tulip glass (also generously provided by @woemad). It pours a clear, honey-amber color with a creamy, bright white head and creamy sheen of lacing. The fragrant nose features chocolate, caramel, roasted malt, and tobacco smoke. The taste is smoky and bitter with hints of chocolate, roasted malt, and caramel. The mouth feel is quite thin with moderate carbonation, and at 5.8% ABV it's very drinkable. Overall, this is a unique and enjoyable stout. I've never had anything quite like it.
