This American style pale ale has a medium malt body that lays the groundwork for a brilliant hop aroma and flavor from a very generous amount of dry-hopping.

A: The beer is rather hazy amber yellow in color. It poured with a half finger dense white head that also left lots of specks of bubbles down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of floral and citrusy hops are present in the nose along with notes of grainy and pale malts. The citrus seems to become a bit stronger as the beer warms up.
T: The taste follows the smell and has some additional hints of yeast. The grainy malts seem to be a little stronger towards the finish.
M: It feels a bit shy of being light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. No crispness is perceptible.
O: In the days of hoppy beers, this can be considered as a malt-forward American Pale Ale.

-medium- orange tap pour to glass. 1/2 cm of persistent foam. Hoppy aroma. Flavor is light malt, some pleasant breadiness; hop bite is light pine with a citrus touch. Medium bodied APA

Poured from a 22oz bottle into a Speiglau glass.
Poured with a lot of foam that spilled out of the bottle. Foam is thick but dissipates quickly. Beer is an orange with yellow highlights.
Aroma is a little funky for a pale ale but hops come through at the end as the the beer warms up the aroma opens up as well.
Taste is thin and again slightly funky. No real hop or malt taste until the beer warms. Definitely let this one sit a bit after taking out of the fridge.
Pale ale that falls a little flat. Funky hoppy thin pale ale.
