On tap at Guevara & Lynch. In shaker glass. Lunch with Pedro, paired with Viriato burger. Watery, fruity and slightly acid. Refreshing, very drinkable and not unpleasant but its missing punch and doesnt match in the style at all. The ABV of 5% isnt accurate, its what the waiter thought that was approximate. Feels like with time it wont evolve well and the acidity will run rampant
