Draft offering at Hunger n Thirst served in a snifter. The brew appears a chalky pink with a white cap. The nose is pretty muted on this and as it warms up, it remains somewhat bland to the nose. The taste has a ton of saline character, much moreso than the others ive had in the style. The brew is stained with what I assume to be some fruit but I really cannot discern it from the taste. It is mildly tart with a backing of grains but for the most part the salt addition is the most pronounced character in this beer. It is light in body and moderately carbonated. Really not sure what I think of this one.

An interesting attempt at a fruited Gose that misses the mark slightly, but becomes a thoroughly enjoyable beer nonetheless. Color is awesome, virtually pink. Missing the saltiness of a Gose, though the label says "pink sea salt". What it is a refreshing, slightly tart wheat beer and that's not bad. Extremely enjoyable for the summer, but a little disappointment it lacked some stronger Gose characteristics. Sole is coming around with their releases in the last month and a half. This one probably sits at the bottom, but that's not a bad thing given the strength of their recent brews.
