750ml waxed corked and caged bottle poured into a snifter appears black in color with a brown head.
This brew has something tangy about it that im just not crazy about. Not gonna call it infected as this sorta character seems evident in some milk stouts especially when aged and even in some barrel aged beers that dont have lactose added. Anyway, im not crazy about it even with its mild sweetness and slight oaked aftertaste.
Its a light bodied brew with modest carbonation. Interesting to try but avoidable as well.
