Just too bitter for a Kolsch-style beer. Not a snappy or crisp bitterness either, but a old lemon rind kinda bitterness. Malt body is ok, optics & aroma are not memorable but the taste is just a washed out pale with bitter after notes. A miss for sure

Many thanks to Knapp85 for this beer.
A - Pours a pale yellow color with a very thick, frothy, sticky, pure white head.
S - Lemon peel, citrus, grapefruit. Overall, an extremely fruity aroma.
T - All citrus from start to finish: grapefruit, bitter lemon peel, bitter citrus, and ends with a very long and lingering citrus bitterness and spicy/peppery fruit rind.
M - Thicker than a "normal" Kolsch with a big medium body and some light watery texture on top. The mouth very quickly gets lined with a very healthy coating of citrus hoppy goodness and turns it into a cotton-like texture.
O - This beer is underrated so far.
