Poured into a 16 revolution Sixpoint glass, canned on 10/02/17. Pours a straw yellow, with a half inch sticky white head that leave a bunch of thick lace behind.

Smell is biscuit, lemon, pine, grass klippings, and peppery spice.

Taste follows biscuit, lemon, grassy, pine, and peppery sharpness.

Mouthfeel is pretty light, plenty of life, maybe a tad dry, and goes down easy, but has plenty of flavor.

Overall this is a solid Pilsner, not really my favorite style, but I forgot about it and should have drank it a few months ago. Thanks Jzeilinger for this can.

Many thanks to Knapp85 for this can.

A - Pours a crystal clear pale yellow color with a frothy head and no carbonation.

S - Grassy, lemon, citrus, straw, crackery malt.

T - Crackery and crisp dry malt with a hefty amount of lemon, citrus, grassy, and a lingering crisp citrus and pine bitterness.

M - Medium body and eventually the mouth gets coated with a generous amount of citrus and gives a cotton-like sensation. Extremely dry and crisp.

O - This is a well brewed pilsner and would definitely drink this again. Recommended if you're a fan of the style.

Clean and crisp. Everything you would want out of a pilsner. The balance of this beer is well done. the malt is sweet and pronounced but, dials back as the flavor of the hops shine through after a few exhales. Almost as if the ingredients of this beer are taking turns shinning through the flavor profile. Malt, hops, malt, hops, malt hops etc. The feeling best described as sticky chewy after the initial crisp feeling.
