Brewed with a simple malt bill of German pils, flaked barley, and a few hefty pinches of classic Saaz before being lagered for a few weeks in the cellar. Distinctly floral and fresh, with notes of lemon verbena and a slight earthy minerality. Crispy, clean, and eternally liberating.

Clear, golden colored body; nice carbonation; decently thick head. Nice ester qualities, subdued; floral; very light grain scent. The taste brings a nice light malt backbone to the palate; biscuit; a little white wine flavor note; fine hop bitterness balancing things out. Medium-light body; soft and warm.
A very nice, well-rounded kölsch beer.

Slightly foggy light amber with a short khaki foam head settling to a persistent but thin curled collar leaving minor spots of lace here or there.
Taste is floral white grape, and even yellow apple and white wine at times (without any heat), before the body fills and rounds out with a soft moderate froth adding notes of white wheat before becoming slightly herbally bitter and finishing semi-dry.

Strong white, puffy head off the bat, receding to a thick ring after a few minutes, leaving a some light lacing. Color moderately dark golden yellow, just a moderate amount of cloudiness. Aroma is lemon, straw, dough, grass; a bit of alcohol. Taste is sweeter than expected without the refreshing kick from the more floral notes; do pick up the dough and cracker on the finish, however. Mouthfeel is rather thick as well, and the carbonation doesn't offer much bite.

Lightly hazy golden body with white bubbly head. Aroma of lime skin, light grass, and light floral. Tastes of light fresh grass, light floral, citrus, light lime, light bitterness. Light bodied with light carbonation.

Fluffy head crests past two fingers, mottled surface and dissipates swiftly, eggshell white. Deep golden hued liquid with a fine silt floating about, bubbles almost form beads. Metallic, grainy nose, chamomile, unsalted cracker, hint of peach to pear fruit, dissolves around a lifting quinine note. Medium-bodied, has a bit more heft than expected, pleasing backbone of cracker, pretzel to Wheaties flavors. Underpinning of florality and towards the end a dollop of honey. Same lowkey apricot, peach fruit. Carbonation seems unfocused, like it’s not sure how it fits in. Could stand to be crisper, otherwise on the whole exceeded expectations. (Canned 7/7/20)

16oz canned 9-9-19, opened 11-15-19.
1/4" white head, short retention and sticks as a cap. Very pale and slightly hazy straw color. Bit of lacing here and there.
Very floral, lightly grainy malt, earthy clay aroma.
Grainy malt, mineral and a touch of sulfur, floral hops all come together for a definite session beer.
Light body, medium to medium high carbonation. Almost crisp. Soft mouthfeel. Medium length finish.
Good. Drinkability is high. Light and flavorful at 4.5%.

L: Mostly clear but translucent gold-straw hue, any head fades immediately leaving long streams of rising bubbles.
S: Honey and chardonnay dominates with a touch of sourdough bread.
T: Follows the nose. With a tiny Pilsner malt. Off dry. Wishing for a bit more spice/herbal note here.
F: Light and smooth with a wine consistency - a touch mild and flabby in that regard.
O: Highly drinkable but I'd choose several standouts over repeating this one.
