FOUDRE-AGED WILD ALE
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Cellar Fuzz: Blueberry is here! You may be familiar with our foudre-aged wild ale series but we must say this blueberry version is one of our favorites. Cellar Fuzz: Blueberry is fermented with our house-mixed culture for 14 months in oak foudres then refermented on blueberry purée before being fully bottle conditioned. This wild ale boasts mild acidity and funk with a huge blueberry presence.

Poured from fridge temp. Pours a nice murky orange/dark pink. Good carbonation. Nose is sour blueberry, tart, citrus, oak,

Taste: Dang, this is sour! Mouth-puckering. blueberry, grapefruit slice dipped in sugar, oak, leather, sour patch kids, rhubarb, dough, and a bit of vanilla. Really nice.

Mouthfeel and overall: Light mouthfeel. Overall, this is a heck of a sour beer. The sour punch really doesn't calm down through as the glass is emptied.
