Look: Clear pale yellow-straw color. Pours a light head with medium sized bubbles that clears away within a minute. No lacing. Low amount of small bubbles rise from the bottom of the glass.
Smell: Very little scent. Tiny amount of some sweet floral. Swirling the glass kicks up a bit of funky barnyard.
Taste: Some light citrus flavor with a touch of malt. The aftertaste tends towards some light bitters. This has a vague ale-like flavor profile as opposed to a lager or pilsner. The foaming action interferes with the development of the flavor.
Feel: Initially foams up more like a soda based soft drink. This turns creamy and then quickly to larger bubbles before collapsing to a creamy foam again. Very little body.
Overall: This is more like a kölsch with a flavor boost. Nothing particularly exciting, but it has much more flavor than expected for a beer with this low of an ABV. This could easily be a house beer and consumed every day. Note that I consider a 3 rating to be "average", so others would score this higher.
