Appearance - Pours a dark chocolate brown with three fingers of frothy mocha head.
Smell - Earthy, leafy and floral hops, cocoa, vanilla, chocolate, roasted and toasty malts, earthy yeast.
Taste - Chocolate, vanilla marshmallow, roasty/toasty malts, along with a lot of earthiness from the hops and yeast. I always find it hard to detect graham crackers, but this is a pretty good attempt.
Mouthfeel - Medium to full bodied with light to moderate carbonation. Silky smooth finish.
Overall - One of the better tries at the classic s'mores flavours in a stout. I really like the chocolate and vanilla flavours, along with the smooth body.
