Collaboration beer between Russell Brewing and Fort Garry Brewing made with winter spices (cinnamon, nutmeg and all-spice) and aged on oak chips.
A: Slight cream head over cola liquid.
S: Cinnamon, nutmeg and all-spice are predominant along with some oak.
T: Cinnamon, vanilla and toffee up front with nutmeg, all-spice, oak, grass and roasted malt on the back end. Somewhat sweet.
M: Medium creamy viscosity and a low level of carbonation.
O: Quite drinkable and tasty. A good winter brew.
