Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Monashee Spirits in Revelstoke. This is our Night in the Woods Imperial stout crafted with Midnight wheat malt, blackened barley and aged for one year, then spent several months on Monashee Spirits whiskey barrel oak. Smooth rich and delicious this beer is sure to put a smile on your face and warmth in your belly!

Poured at fridge temp. Pours black with little head. The nose is malts, whiskey, black licorice, oak, raisins, molasses, and some coffee grounds. The taste is fantastic. Black licorice dominates. Malts, figs, whiskey, burnt wood, burnt toffee, and molasses. The mouthfeel is creamy, and the aftertaste is roasted malts. Lovely beer overall.
