Look: Pours a hazy light orange shade of deep yellow with a one finger fizzy white head of foam that doesn't lace the glass.
Aroma: Light aroma of sour orange and some funky notes of guava.
Taste: Really impressed by this, upfront slightly salty and prickly with sour notes of dank passionfruit and sweet guava. Goes tart midpalate with notes of fresh squeezed orange juice. Malt bill comes in towards the end with savory, almost sourdough pretzel kind of vibe with a very light pinch of salt.
Feel: Light-Midweight. Low effervescence. Thirst quenching. Slightly rich and velvety.
Overall: Really enjoyed this one. It's not the most complex or mindblowing thing in the world but this is a very refreshing and tasty beer. The guava and passionfruit work so well together here in combination with the salt.

Appearance - The beer poured a deep orange color with a white head.
Smell - The fruit in the nose really pops, showing off the passionfruit and guava.
Taste - I really liked the passionfruit and guava, which made the profile like a fruited Berliner. Obviously there was no lactose in the beer that I can tell, but it was heavily fruited. I only noted a touch of salt.
Mouthfeel - It felt thick enough to make it obvious that a lot of fruit was in here. The carbonation was low.
Overall - If I’m grading this to style, it only bears some resemblance to a gose. It was only a minor miss for me.

A: The beer is very hazy yellow in color. It poured with a minuscule white collar around the edge of the glass and some specks of bubbles on the surface.
S: Moderate aromas of passionfruit are present in the nose along with hints of guava.
T: The taste follows the smell, having moderate to strong flavors of passionfruit along with notes of guava. There is some sourness and a slight bit of saltiness.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied and a little tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is nice and refreshing. I really liked all of the fruity aromas and flavors.

"Gose with Himalayan pink salt, pink guava and passion fruit"
Has the look of a Belgian wit beer, medium haze, moderate off white collar, film and some super fine bubble sheeting.
Sweet and tropical fruit sniff, with lime, grapefruit and mango coming to mind.
This is a mighty fine and quite tasty Gose...might be a nice fresh sample or maybe the other raters just dont like sour/wild/funky kinda beers. Bright, fresh, flavorful and complex...About medium sour, more lime, mango, pineapple, grapefruit....mighty fine stuff...well done DUBCO....gonna pick up more of this next time I venture out to Long Island.

I was not a fan of this beer at all. Some people like these styles and particularly this beer but I was not a fan and it was a complete drain pour for me. I badly want to give theyre "Dominick white" a try tho!
