All Citra hop American Pale Ale. For this batch we increased the mash temp for a softer mouth feel and fuller body and used our hazy house yeast to make it a citrus fruit juice bomb. Drinks like melted orange sherbet. Mellow Mood has got me darlin’, so let the music rock me darlin’

Pours a hazy orange with an inch and a half fluffy white head that settled to a quarter of an inch quickly and left little lacing. Smells predominately of tropical fruits followed by orange and some sweet malts. Tastes of mango, pineapple, orange, orange peel, honey and some malt. Medium bodied and carbonation, dry finish, light bitterness.

Orange is a light orange blossom honey with a peel like bitterness.
Taste is a nice balance of citrus hops, sweet honey malt, and pithy bitterness.
Delicious.

Tall can...purchased at Bay Shore beer and soda, Bay Shore, NY
No freshness/canning date info to be had
Pours quite cloudy and leaves great looking webs of lace to the top of the glass, nice looking brew in NE IPA kinda way.
Ripe fruit sniff with loads of pineapple and mango
Tasty brew, all ripe tropical fruit all the way from start to finish...more mango, more pineapple, delicious.
Hopped up and quite dry finish..great stuff...go get some...well one DUBCO....really enjoyed this one
