On tap in a room temp. pint glass.
Amber yellow in color, dense, clotted white head with good lace and legs. A slight haze - normal and still transparent - no oat or wheat cloudiness.
Aroma is classic IPA - conifer needle mulch with orange marmalade notes behind, solid malted grain aroma in balance with the hops.
Flavor is again solid IPA in the traditional way - malt forward with firm hop bite at the back end.
Hop flavors of wet grass and pine cones, tart tangerine notes compliment the balance of malt sweetness and herbal hop bitterness.
Body is medium with excellent lingering hop pepper.
One of the better "real" IPAs Ive enjoyed in recent years.

On tap at Destination Unknown at Dubco Acres in Warwick, NY.
This one pours a light amber-orange-ish color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells pretty piney, with a touch of maltiness and grapefruit.
This is a fairly well done West Coast style IPA, but nothing you haven’t seen before. I’d like the malt to not show up quite as much here, but the grapefruit and piney resin notes are pretty nice.
This is light bodied, pretty crisp and clean, with a great drinkability.
This was solid, if not slightly unspectacular.

Dubco IPA draft was served in a shaker glass at about 50F with dinner in September of 2021. The beer is pale and somewhat cloudy. The flavor is primarily NEIPA style. It retains a vestige of hop bitterness in the aftertaste (a saving grace from my point of view). I'm not a big fan of the style; this beer could be the one for you if you are a fan of modern IPAs.

Very nice IPA-nicely balanced--no gimmicks, just right. Nice color, nice head, nice mouthfeel--well done. Intend to visit the brewery some day.

Pour from a fresh crowler, it's clear gold color with a 1-2 finger thick eggshell colored head that faded slowly and left decent spotty lacing on the glass. Smells of floral hops, citrus like orange peel and faint grapefruit, caramel, graham cracker, fresh cut grass and then a malty sweetness. Above average IPA nose.
First impression is the flavor is malty and sweet with the caramel, toasted grains and graham cracker hitting first, followed by the floral notes, some faint piney hops and then the orange peel, grapefruit, tangerine and tea leaf or a dash of peppery spices. It's in reverse order but balanced. Mild bitterness, mellow carbonation and a trailing sweetness made it easy drinking and session-able.

A: The beer is hazy yellowish amber in color. It poured with a finger high off white head that left a thin layer of bubbles on the surface and lots of lacing down the sides of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of floral and citrusy hops are present in the nose along with notes of caramel malts.
T: The taste is nearly a mirror image of the smell and has balanced flavors of floral/citrusy hops and caramel malts. There is a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation. Only a faint amount of crispness is detectable.
O: The taste of this beer has a very good balance between the malts and hops.
Serving type: can
