A: The beer is very hazy light pale yellow in color and has a moderate to high amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high bright white head that quickly settled down, but left a thin layer of bubbles covering the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of gooseberries are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having moderate flavors of gooseberries but these are softened up a bit with hints of Sauvignon Blanc grapes. There is a light to moderate amount of sourness.
M: It feels medium-bodied and a bit tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer has a good balance between the sourness and the flavors of Nelson Sauvin hops.
