Served in a tulip glass from the can.
Appearance: Cloudy yellow to light amber color with medium bubbles to the body. Head pours thick heavy white color coming off a nudge over one fingers length off the body.
Smell: Citrus skin aroma coming off a bit sweet, almost like a warmer caramel.
Taste: Sweet cane sugar meshed with orange and smooth malty marshmallow. I like it a lot because it's not that deep dessert beer you would expect and that I have had from other Brewers. Keeps that smooth bitterness to still be called an IPA.
Mouth: Sticky body with a soft carbonation. Comes off a touch dry, seriously want another glass but can't gamble with lactose sugars.
Overall: Good brew, one of my favorite releases since I started buying heavy from this brewery. Salud!

16 oz can
Pours a very hazy golden with 2 finger white head which is gone in a minute with some lacing .
Nose is big citrus. Grapefruit, orange peel and hops.
Mouth is grapefruit and orange peel out in front followed by hops and hint of vanilla. The lactose added smooths the whole thing out making it a little creamy.
Very good and very drinkable. Put a can on a stick and roast some marshmallows by the fire.

To be honest I didn’t have high expectations for this, but boy was I pleasantly surprised!
