Pours a really deep opaque Amber with a thin off-white head that drops to a ring that remains and leaves splotchy lace. Smells primarily of mango or something like that. Taste is also ripe mango mouth feel is full, chewy. Mild carbonation. At 16.4%, I’m still not getting any hint of alcohol in the flavor but boy does hit you after a while. Also, just as the only other reviewer has stated, it’s amazingly refreshing for such a big beer. I hope Dubco brings it back. Outstanding!

Served in a tulip glass from a 12oz bottle.
Appearance: Hazy opaque amber color with medium bubbles to the body creating a very subtle off-white head rising maybe 6mm off the body of the body.
Smell: Smells like dessert, sweet toffee like aroma with a deeper orange juice feel to the nostrils.
Taste: Complex sweet toffee with hints of orange and pink grapefruit but incredibly offset with a brown sugar feeling. Has a winter warmer feel to the brew, almost pineapple and feels citrussy as it gets but the alcohol catches up to you.
Mouth: Ridiculously sticky, like blue to the skies...smooth finish and incredibly thirst quenching.
Overall: Might be gem of the year considering all the crap we have been going through with covid. If you can...grab it and don't share. Salud!
