Served in a tulip glass from the can.
Appearance: Super hazy gold color with medium bubbles and a white head which rose almost two fingers length off the body.
Smell: Lemon skin with grapefruit juice aroma. Hits the nostrils quick but leaves just as quick.
Taste: Brew is hop heavy but doesn't mean it's bitter. Mellow malts with deep citrus juice.
Mouth: Soft carbonation with a very sticky body. Brew feels like a third quenching Gatorade minus all that fake sugar. Might be a bit of an exaggeration but the feel just lingers with you. Might be a touch dry depending on the person but very full-filling.
Overall: I had for science 2.0 yesterday and yes I do feel a similar base the tweaking to the beer is superb. Complex coming off a mellow sweet with a deep citrus that is super thirst quenching. Salud!
