Served in a tulip glass from the can
Appearance: Transparent brown amber color with medium bubbles to the body. Orange tinted white rising about a notch over one finger's length off the body.
Smell: Yeast scent with touch of grapes and honey scent. Almost Moscato like aroma hinges to the nostrils similar to a blond trippel.
Taste: Honey and raisins with a touch of light yeast. Sweet brioche bread taste that had a light tartiness to the brew.
Mouth: Sticky sweet finish. Medium carbonation with dose of bread finish.
Overall: Very good brew, don't expect it to be the next coming of great barely wines, personally I prefer DubCo's As per your Doctor which is a a wheat wine on paper. Has many Belgian-esque properties if you are into quads and tripels. Salud!
