On tap at Destination Unknown at Dubco Acres in Warwick, NY.
This one pours a golden dark amber color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells toasty, slightly roasty, with a hint of chocolate.
I always order a dark mild if I see one, and this one hit the spot pretty well for me. There’s just a touch of bitterness, but mostly malty goodness by way of toasted bread, a touch of toasted almond, and some light dusty chocolate notes.
This is light bodied, pretty creamy, and very drinkable.
I love this style, this one hit pretty much all of the right notes for me.
