16 oz can no date into a tulip glass.
L: SRM 6 Pours hazed apricot caramel color with a 2" fluffy off white head that has excellent retention, very steady fine carbo bubbles, thick frothy spotty lacing.
S: Melon, pineapple, very floral, citrus, candy sweetness, candied malts with warming.
T: Fairly bright, tart and sharp tropical fruits with light pith, melon, ardent citrus zest, gently dank, moderately sweet. It has melon and zest in the aftertaste and in its fairly long linger.
F: Very brisk medium-heavy bodied feel with a lofty center and a medium-length fairly drying finish. It's a bit juicy as well. Becomes softer & plush feeling with warming and is very lightly chalky.
O: The tanginess here balances the sweetness & ABV and the alcohol is masterfully hidden. It is lightly sweet overall, full flavored, lush, and tropical. It delivers gentle chest-warming and is pleasurable to drink. It is outstanding in its style.
